How your site works once it's online: changes, your address and the plans. If you already have a site with us, your page has a guide with your plan and your dates.
Changes to your site
Every plan includes changes: 3 in the first 90 days on Base, 5 a month on Cuidado and 15 a month on Cuidado+. A change is a request written in the preview.
- A change only counts once the new version is online. If something fails on our side, it doesn't count.
- One request counts as one change, even if it changes several things. Put what you can in the same request.
- A second language or new pages aren't changes: they're separate work, with a quote.
What your plan includes
- Base: the site online, hosting and 3 changes in the first 90 days.
- Cuidado: 5 changes a month, visits panel, earlier versions and down alerts.
- Cuidado+: 15 changes a month and everything in Cuidado, plus email on your domain.

Your address
You can use a domain of your own, registered in your name with a registrar (about €20 a year), or a free address on umsite.pt. With your own domain, you renew it every year with the registrar.
Getting into your page
Your page opens with the link we email you; there's no password. Lost the link? Ask for a new one at umsite.pt/o-meu-site.
Getting found on Google
Google can take from a few days to a few weeks to show a new site. These steps help:
- Create or update your Google Business Profile (the listing that shows on Google Maps) and add the site's address to it.
- Add the site's link to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and your email signature.
- Print the site's QR code, which you can download on your page, and put it in the shop window, on the counter or on your cards.
Common problems
I made a change, but I still see the old site.
Your browser may be showing a saved copy. Reload the page or open it in a private window. If it's still the same after 15 minutes, write to us.
The site doesn't show on Google yet.
That's normal in the first few weeks. Follow the steps above. If after a month the site doesn't show when you search for the business name, write to us.
Can I change the site myself?
Yes: write what you want to change in the preview and the new version goes online by itself. You don't need to know anything technical. There's no editor for changing the design by hand.
Can I have an online shop, bookings or a blog?
They aren't included, but we can give you a quote. Ask for one under “Extras and requests” on your page.
Can I have the site in another language?
A second language is separate work, with a quote. Ask for one under “Extras and requests” on your page.
